Lynnea brings a wealth of industry knowledge and agency experience to the Trident team. She started her career at a national CPA firm and later served as the Sales and Operations Manager of a machine tool dealer, where she developed a passion for operations and identifying opportunities for efficiency. In nearly a decade as the Director of Operations at TER, Lynnea ensured a smooth workflow for the CEO and the planning team and set the standard for client service and advocacy.

Her perspective and can-do attitude led to her having a hand in all aspects of the Agency, from onboarding new employees to the successful execution of client programs and playing a key role in the Agency's acquisition. Now, her focus is on financial management, where she blends the acumen of a former business owner with the intuition of a mother of six. Though we refuse to give her sole oversight of the scorecard on the golf course, that blend of experience and perspective are why she’s trusted on matters of dollars--and sense--by teammates and clients alike.
