As Sr. Director of Operations, she is the connective tissue between strategy and execution. Carrie oversees resource alignment, people and process optimization, and cross-departmental coordination across the agency's full client portfolio, ensuring that every program, regardless of size or complexity, is delivered with the same standard of care.

She brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience in the meetings and events industry, where her career has spanned some of its most demanding environments. Earlier in her career, she founded and led a compliance function from the ground up, a capability that became a core service offering in one of the industry's most heavily regulated sectors. She later directed client services operations supporting more than 20,000 annual medical and life sciences programs, simultaneously managing the scale, the detail, and the accountability that work demands.
