Anne is often the first Trident voice a prospective client hears, and by the end of that conversation, they have usually started thinking about their meetings and events differently. As Director of Business Development and Strategy, she works to understand client objectives before proposing solutions, a discipline that consistently produces stronger program design and longer client relationships.

Her career began in technology sales within the financial industry, which shaped an appreciation for ROI-driven thinking that has informed everything since. Over 25 years, she has worked at the intersection of business strategy and consultative solutions across financial services, technology, professional services, transportation, and hospitality. That breadth gives her a distinctive lens: she understands how organizations use meetings and events to drive alignment, motivation, and growth, and she builds programs accordingly.

Anne holds a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Roosevelt University. She has served as Vice President of Communications for Meeting Professionals International's Chicago Area Chapter and is a recipient of the organization's Tomorrow's Leader award.
